We’re excited to have you join our network of verified doctors offering trusted home visit consultations across India.
This guide will walk you through the entire onboarding process — step by step.
🔹 Step 1: Registration
Go to: https://doctorsahib.in
- Click on “List a Service” button on the homepage.
- Create an account by clicking on “Register” link next to “Don’t have an account yet?”
- Create your Doctor Sahib account by entering
- Enter your Email Address
- Creating a strong Password
🔹 Step 2: Profile Creation
Fill in your profile details:
- Upload a professional Profile Image for your Profile Page
- Your First and Last Names
- Your base Location (home or clinic) – used to calculate travel distance for home visits.
- Your preferred Profile Display Name
- Field of Practice – Select ALL medical fields you specialise in
- Profile Information
🧠 Tip: A complete, professional profile increases bookings and trust.
🔹 Step 3: Add your Service Offering/s
Service Offering Details:
- Select Category for the service
- Add Service details
- Image – if applicable to make your service stand out
- Title – service title
- Price – price for consultation and home visit
- Location – location of where the service is based
- Setting – service at Clinic, Home Visit or Video Consultation
- Tags – if applicable, for search
- Any Extras along with prices
- Add your booking preference and availability
- Select Booking Requests Acceptance preference – We suggest you manually accept all booking after reviewing travel distance
- Select your Listing package
- Free – We offer One service listing for Free
- Premium Listing – Allows you to submit 3 featured listing for 3 months
🔹Your booking will now be live!
🔹 Step 6: Accepting and Completing Appointments
When a booking is submitted, you will receive a notification via email
Booking will also be listed under your Account under Bookings
- Open the booking
- Review booking details
- Accept or Decline the booking
- We recommend sending a message to patient via send message of confirmation and to make the payment
- Wait for the booking to be paid
- Reach the patient’s home on time
- Carry basic equipment if needed (stethoscope, BP monitor, etc.)
- Complete the consultation and update notes in your dashboard if applicable
💬 You may optionally add a short consultation summary for patient records.
🔹 Step 7: Payments
- Payments are collected online from patients by Doctor Sahib.
- You can request a payout to your account via PayPal from your account dashboard page (add your email in details when requesting payout)
- If you need adhoc payout, reach out to us via support email (support@doctorsahib.in)
- You will receive a payout report for full transparency.

- Always maintain professional conduct and punctuality.
- Keep your documents and availability updated.
- Encourage feedback and ratings from patients.
- Inform us in advance if you’re taking leave.
